Background Investigation
There are many reasons, you might want to conduct a background investigation on someone. The smartest course of action is to have a Licensed Private Investigator, conduct the investigation prior to going into business with them, starting a serious relationship, or hiring them. Do not wait until there is a problem, see Who Killed Catherine, within this website. In my opinion it is much easier and less expensive to find out the facts before it's too late.
You might want to conduct a background search for one of the following reasons: (1) Pre-nuptial, (2) Pre-employment, (3) Identify a potential business partners unsavory past, (4) Uncover past criminal activities, and (5) Determine if your subject has provided truthful information to you about their past. We can perform background searches Nationwide; although, it is more expensive, its usually not necessary. Most searches, unless they have moved several times, can be conducted in one or two counties and provides adequate information on which you can make an informed decision.

If you are a Florida business, you should be aware of Florida Statutes 768.095 which states: Employer immunity from liability; disclosure of information regarding former or current employees.—An employer who discloses information about a former or current employee to a prospective employer of the former or current employee upon request of the prospective employer or of the former or current employee is immune from civil liability for such disclosure or its consequences unless it is shown by clear and convincing evidence that the information disclosed by the former or current employer was knowingly false or violated any civil right of the former or current employee protected under chapter 760.

BUSINESS CREDIT REPORTS
You supply the name and address of the business. We can usually supply you with most, if not all, of the reported following information: listed creditors, payment history, number of employees and date it was listed with the credit reporting source. All this information is searched and released in accordance with the Fair Credit Reporting Act, as amended November 12, 1999.
CIVIL FEDERAL BY DISTRICT
You supply the name and address or region. We search that Federal District Court for any civil cases. We can search for either an individual or business. Copies can be obtained; however, please specify if they need to be certified.
CIVIL SEARCH BY COUNTY UPPER/LOWER COURTS
You supply the name and address or city. We search those County Court records for any suits. We can search for an individual or a business. Copies can be obtained; however, please specify if they need to be certified.
CORPORATE SEARCH BY STATE
You provide the name of the corporation, and state. We supply you with the date of incorporation, status, all officers listed, and corporate address listed. Other information may also be included.
CRIMINAL FEDERAL SEARCH BY DISTRICT
You supply the name, date of birth, social security number and district or area. We provide all felony and misdemeanor arrest with disposition. Copies can be obtained; however, please specify if they need to be Certified.
NAME TO ADDRESS
You provide the name of your subject and we supply you with the address they have used in the past. This search can be more productive if you know what part of the USA, they were last known to reside. More common names may require additional identifiers.
