Service of Process

We serve process in Pinellas, Hillsborough, and Pasco County, Florida Our rates are based upon the amount of time we have to serve the process. We do not charge mileage and there are no extra fees.

It is worthy to note that several years ago, some Sheriff Agencies, elected to no longer serve Non-Enforceable Process.

Each natural person whose name has been added to the approved list is subject to annual recertification and reappointment by the sheriff.
